In the project consisting of 2 blocks with 8 floors; While the comfort of a mansion is offered in 2+1, 3+1, 3.5+1, 4+1 and 4.5+1 flats, the residents of the flats also have their fill of the sky, with each flat having its own large terrace.

Our Kanlıca Project, which was completed in 2013, has a total area of 450m2 and was built in the A++ concept.

The project, which has 11 floors and a construction area of 2400m2 on a land parallel to the highway in Ümraniye's İmes District, is planned to be completed in 2023.

The building built by our company with the aim of producing spare parts has a reinforced concrete structure with a closed area of 4700 m2 and an open area of 1250 m2, located in the Tuzla Leather Organized Industrial Zone.

Our project, located in the Ferhatpaşa district of Istanbul, was started in the last quarter of 2018. Our business center, which is expected to be completed in 2020, consists of 2 blocks and 4 floors.
