Our project, located in Sancaktepe, which has become much easier to reach with the introduction of the 3rd Bridge in Istanbul, consists of 2 blocks and 78 residence class flats on approximately 8000 m2 of land. In our project, which was built in accordance with the legal earthquake regulations, water, moisture and heat insulation applied to the building floors and bodies, with modern and permanent methods, created living spaces that are extremely resistant to both the life of the buildings and earthquakes. Our project, which has 80% landscape area in general, has been carefully studied and implemented with an environmentally friendly approach, from the selection of building materials to landscaping application, from parking lot application to all social equipment areas, which has not been done before in the region.

Our project includes both indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness center, pilates areas, bicycle-walking track, 5m² warehouse for each flat and a closed car park for one vehicle per flat. In addition, our project has made social site life safer with perimeter walls, security and a 24/7 recording camera system. Our priority in the project was to create an economical and environmentally friendly living space. In this context, products that can be recycled within the site, such as waste-liquid oils, glass, plastic bottles, waste batteries, and leftover bread, are considered to be evaluated through central collection systems.
